The optimum screen resolutions for viewing this site are 800 x 600 pixels or 1024 x 768 pixels. This website has been designed to be best viewed on PC or Mac machines using Internet Explorer 5 and above and Netscape 6 or higher.

Navigation

The main sections are accessible through the black menu at the top, and drop down sub-menus which appear when you roll your mouse or cursor over them. The search facility helps you easily locate information on the site.

Multimedia

The Rio Tinto website offers streaming video in Windows Media for PC machines and QuickTime for Mac users. Streaming media allows you to watch a file as it downloads, as opposed to waiting for the video file to download to your computer before you can use it.
